Our company will go on in production of attractive products satisfying customers' needs to get customers' patronages.

We have been producing connecting terminals for AV equipment on the basis of audio jacks since establishment in 1971, and have a wide range of customers' patronages including large-scale manufacturers.

As an electronic component manufacturer performing all the processes from design to production, we are always making efforts with our techniques and know-hows accumulated over the years to aim at competitive price, high-quality and punctual delivery to get customers' satisfactions. In addition, we are proactively working on "Environmental Protection" to acquire Environmental ISO or ROHS compliance to enable customers to use our products with confidence.

"Responding customers' needs promptly with our knowledge, techniques and sincerity" is our policy. In order to achieve it, we will continuously develop attractive products. Also, we will actively keep working to streamline the company organization including reformation of our backbone system.

October 1971 Founded in Ikushi-chou, Matsuyama-City, Ehime, Japan.
(Capital: 5 millions Yen)
December 1976 The capital increased to 20 millions Yen.
July 1981 Head office moved to 181 Minamisaya-cho, Matsuyama-city, Ehime, Japan (present location).
December 1986 The capital increased to 50 millions Yen.
August 1987 Establishment of Kumihama plant in Kumihama-cho, Kyoto, Japan.
August 1991 Establishment of a subsidiary, PT.EX Batam Indonesia, in Indonesia.
April 1992 Establishment of a subsidiary, Uchiko Excel Co, in Uchiko-cho, Ehime, Japan.
August 1995 Establishment of a subsidiary, EX Hong Kong Co., Ltd., in Hong Kong.
December 2014 Kazushi Fujii was inaugurated as president.

Responsible Minerals Procurement Policy

In order to fulfill our social responsibilities in the supply chain in cooperation with our business partners, the EX Company, as a policy, will not use target minerals*1 that may contribute to any risk of human rights abuses such as child labor or forced labor, environmental destruction, conflicts, terrorist financing, money laundering, corruption, or fraudulent financing—in mining, trading, handling, export, and our other business activities.
It does not mean, however, that any and all minerals mined and traded in target areas*2 should not be used, but that we may use minerals mined and traded in these areas if they are not related to human rights violations, environmental destruction, conflicts, corruption, or other wrongdoings.
If a potential target risk*3 is confirmed, we will request the relevant business partners to take corrective actions.

3TG (tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold), cobalt and mica

CAHRAs (Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas under Annex II of the OECD Guidance)
